At Golden Aura Integrative Therapy, I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches to create a treatment plan that is uniquely yours. No two people heal the same way, and your care will reflect that.

Private Pay Practice:

At Golden Aura Integrative Therapy, I provide services on a private pay basis. This allows us to make a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs without the restrictions often imposed by insurance companies. My goal is to offer personalized, trauma-informed care that supports meaningful, lasting healing. Payment is due at the time of service. Superbills are available upon request for clients seeking out-of-network reimbursement.

Therapeutic Approaches & How We Work Together:

Trauma-Informed Therapy

Everything we do is rooted in an understanding of how trauma affects the mind, body, and nervous system. This means we move at your pace, prioritize your sense of safety, and never push you further than you’re ready to go.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

Using the full 8-Phase Protocol, EMDR helps your brain reprocess distressing memories so they lose their emotional charge. It’s one of the most well-researched treatments available for trauma and PTSD.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT helps you identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns that may be keeping you stuck — replacing them with perspectives that support healing and forward movement.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

DBT builds practical skills for managing intense emotions, improving relationships, and tolerating distress without being overwhelmed by it.

Motivational Interviewing

A collaborative, non-judgmental approach that helps you explore your own motivation for change — on your terms, in your own time.

Journal Therapy & Coaching

Writing can be a powerful tool for processing emotions, gaining clarity, and tracking your growth. Journal prompts and reflective writing may be woven into our work together.

Financial Social Work

Money and mental health are deeply connected. I help clients explore the emotional and behavioral patterns around spending, financial stress, and self-worth — so healing can extend into every area of your life.
