Philosophy:
My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens when we feel safe enough to slow down, understand our experiences, process what has happened to us, and reconnect with ourselves. Through the GAITway Method: Grounding, Awareness, Integration, and Transformation; I help clients move beyond symptom management and create lasting change.
Golden Aura Integrative Therapy exists to help individuals move out of survival mode and into a grounded, self-trusting way of living through trauma-informed, mind-body therapy that supports deep, lasting healing.
